Printing & Copying

The Simsbury Public Library provides access to both color and black-and-white printers and copiers. Our printers/copiers can produce US Letter, Legal, or Ledger-sized prints, both single and double sided. Printing is accessible by using our in house computers or by connecting with your own using our Princh print service.

Mobile Printing with Princh

We have implemented Princh at our library to easily and securely print from a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop, both remotely and at the library.

     Printing from your mobile phone or a tablet:

1. When printing at the library: locate the print guide poster near the Information Desk or the printer and scan the QR code.
2. Upload your document(s).
3. Adjust the settings, as needed.
4. Enter your email address
5. If needed, add additional documents. Otherwise, tap “Done”

     Printing from your laptop:

1. When printing remotely or at the library: open your browser, go to print.princh.com and enter Simsbury Public Library’s 6-digit printer ID: 108414
2. Upload your document(s).
3. Adjust your settings, as needed.
4. Enter your email address
5. If needed, add additional documents. Otherwise, tap “Done”

Fax Services

The Simsbury Public Library provides access to a self-serve fax machine that can send up to 20 pages per transaction. Prepaid fax cards can be purchased at the Information Desk or credit/debit cards may be used directly at the fax machine. We are unable to receive incoming faxes.
