The library has several meeting rooms on the lower level for the general public to use. Some rooms may require a fee for use. Please see the Room Use Policy below or call the Information Desk at 860-658-7663, option 2, for more information.
Individuals and groups may reserve a room by completing the room reservation form below.
Please note: you are ONLY APPLYING for a room, YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED, until you receive a confirmation email from the Library.
Your request will be processed within 2 business days. Requests received on Fridays and Saturdays will be processed on the following week, minus holiday closures.
